Cedric Dodd was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona. He attended Glendale (AZ) Community College where he was a member of their pre-professional dance company. He then moved to LA to continue his education and received his BFA in Dance Theatre from AMDA, LA. Cedric has been seen in TV shows such as Marry Me, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Bunheads. Some of his stage credits include: Carousel (Musical Theatre West), Sleeping Beauty and Her White Knight (Lythgoe Panto), The Pajama Game (Musical Theatre Guild) and Peter Pan (Plan B Entertainment). Cedric was nominated for an Ovation Award for his work in Cabrillo Music Theatre’s production of Memphis. Recently, Cedric performed with Musical Theatre Guild in their scripted reading of State Fair. Cedric has taught at various studios and schools around the valley such as Millennium Dance Complex, Champs Charter High School, Pepperdine University and UCLA. This is his fourth year at Los Angeles Ballet Academy..
